NatureWalk at Seagrove, a lovely neighborhood of 296 homes, is surrounded by a State Forest and located off County Road 395, just 1.5 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. NatureWalk at Seagrove is one of the premier 30A communities in South Walton County and a highly sought-after family vacation destination.

Although we are in the greater 30A resort area, NatureWalk at Seagrove has a unique blend of full-time residents, second homeowners, and owners who rent their properties for a portion of the year, helping retain a true ‘neighborhood’ character.

NatureWalk is surrounded by the Point Washington State Forest, home to various wildlife, including deer and black bears. Our neighborhood is a short walk/bike ride along Lilly Lane to San Juan Ave. to the nearest Walton County public beach access points.

The Gathering Place

The premier amenity of NatureWalk’s HOA is The Gathering Place, a private gated facility for members and their guests. It has a zero-entry pool, heated lap pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, loungers, gas grills, fire pit, restrooms, and covered patio with tables & chairs. 

Beach Access

NatureWalk at Seagrove is located 1.5 miles from the various Seagrove public beach accesses. Walk or ride a bike on the Lilly Lane Beach Trail to San Juan Ave., directly to San Juan beach access, or to the Santa Clara Regional Beach Access.

Hiking & Biking

Owners and guests are familiar with the white-sand beaches, but there is an equally beautiful experience just beyond NatureWalk’s back door to the north: Point Washington State Forest, which spans over 15,000 acres and features over 27 miles of trails.
